1. How does the Velocity Bites membership work?
Velocity Bites operates on a weekly membership system where meals are prepared fresh and delivered according to your chosen tier. Each tier offers different benefits, delivery frequency, and levels of personalisation.
2. What is included in my membership?
All members receive:
• Fresh, chef-prepared meals
• Weekly scheduled deliveries
• Access to Velocity nutrition resources
• Priority member support
• Additional perks depending on your membership tier (Momentum or Supreme)
3. Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Memberships are billed weekly and can be paused with notice.
4. How do I apply for membership?
Complete the Membership Application Form.
Applications are reviewed based on availability, dietary needs, and delivery coverage.
5. What happens after I submit my application?
Once approved, we contact you to:
• Confirm your tier
• Finalise delivery details
• Collect dietary information
• Arrange your first week of meals

6. Can meals be customised?
Yes Momentum and Supreme members receive tailored macro adjustments and dietary planning.
Entry members may request light modifications.
7. Do you cater to certain dietary needs?
We cater to:
• Halal
• Gluten-free

• Weight-loss focused
• Muscle-gain focused
• High-performance athlete plans
Please clearly note any allergies on your application.
8. How often do menus change?
Menus rotate weekly. Seasonal dishes are introduced regularly, with early access for Supreme members.
9. What if I don’t like a dish?
Tell us your preferences and we adjust your future meals accordingly.

10. What are the delivery days?
Delivery days vary based on your membership tier:
• Entry: 2 delivery days
• Momentum: 2 delivery days
• Supreme: 3 delivery days
11. What are your delivery times?
All Velocity deliveries take place between:

You will receive a message from our driver when they are approaching your location.
12. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to:
• Essex
• London
• Surrey
• Kent
13. What are the delivery fees?
Minimum delivery fee: £10
Updated fee structure:
Essex
£10 per drop
London
£18 per drop
Surrey
£20 per drop
Kent
£16 per drop
Supreme members receive priority routing.
BILLING & ACCOUNT FAQ
14. How am I billed?
Memberships are billed weekly via bank transfer, standing order, or card payment.
15. Can I pause my membership?
Yes simply give 72 hours’ notice before your next delivery cycle.
16. Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Cancellations must be made ahead of the next billing week.

17. Do you offer one-off meals?
No we operate exclusively through membership to maintain quality and consistency.
18. Do you provide allergen information?
Yes, all meals are labelled appropriately.
Clients must notify us of any allergies before onboarding.
19. Do you work with athletes or PT clients?
Yes we support high-performance individuals, athletes, and those training with PTs.
Supreme members receive a monthly PT session and access to performance programmes.
